How do I return a product to Vonage?
- Please contact our Customer Care by dialing 150 from your Vonage phone or by calling 0800 008 6000.
- Please have your Vonage account number and Phone Adapter's MAC address available when you call. The MAC address is located on the bottom of the phone adapter.
- Customer Care will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. You must write this RA number on the packing slip and on the outside of the box. It is mandatory to obtain a RA number in order to return your Vonage device.
- All returned equipment must also include:
- The original manufacturer's packaging, manuals, power supplies, cables and any additional accessories (any applicable credit will be reduced if all items are not present).
- Your contact information, including your name, Vonage account number, address, and contact number.
- The RA number.
- The device must be returned by a traceable method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) to the address listed below. This will provide you with proof of postage. Postage costs for devices being returned under the Money Back Guarantee are your responsibility.

- Device(s) must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RA number. If the device is not returned within this timeframe, your RA number will expire.
- If you are returning the device within the Money Back Guarantee, you will have been charged a temporary disconnection fee of £23.99. This will be refunded after we receive your equipment. This will not be refunded if your RA number expires.
- If you have ordered a replacement device, you will be charged the full price of the device, if you do not return the original device within 14 days.
- Devices that are returned without a RA number will be returned to the shipper.
