How Do I Make a Payment or Change Payment Information?

Use one of these cards: VISA, VISA debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, or American Express.
Check and Change Payment Information
Use these steps to check or change your payment information. Do not email payment information to us:

Log into your Online Account.
- Click
Account, and then click
Edit Payment Information.
- Make sure the right payment method is selected (for example, a credit card).
- Change your account information if necessary. Enter your name as it appears in your payment method. A different name (for example, "Mike" instead of "Michael") can cause payment failures.
- Make sure that your billing address is the same as in your payment method. A different address can cause payment failures.
Make a Payment
Use these steps to make a payment. Do not email payment requests to us:

Log into your Online Account
- Click on Make a Payment
in the "Welcome" box. If you do not see the Make a Payment
link, you do not need to make a payment.
- Make sure that your payment type and account information are correct.
- Click Submit.
You will receive an email message confirming your payment.
Payment Failure
Your payment can fail for many reasons (for example, insufficient funds). Vonage will email you if it fails. Contact your financial institution and make sure that your payment information is correct before trying again.
